Smart Service Update 123: iFleet Recently Used Items

Update 123 adds a new recently used items option for iFleet!

iFleet Recently Used Items

 iFleet can now recognize which items you use most often and move them to the top of the list! You’ll need to enable this feature under iFleet Settings > Recent Job Item Count, where you can decide how many of your most-used items you want to see at the top of the list. iFleet will then track how many times you use each item, and show you a favorites list at the top of the Job Item list when adding an item to a job. (Enhancement 10165)

  • Adjusted Estimate document template to separate notes from terms and conditions. (Enhancement #9975)
  • Added a new search window for selecting Site and Bin on job items. (Enhancement # 10018)
  • The Post Work Orders screen will now remember your page position when switching between different tabs. (Enhancement #10055)
  • Added Mail Merge fields for Invoice Aging, Total, and Balance. (Enhancement #10059)
  • Added Billing Address columns to the column options on the search screen. (Enhancement #10102)

  • Added a date filter option to the Text Messaging center. (Enhancement #10143)
  • Added Last Service Date to the fields available under Marketing Campaigns. (Enhancement #10163)
  • Made improvements to the SSMover utility. (Enhancement #10167)
